Tribe of oneness! These are trying times to be sure. I was struggling to find just the right way to connect with you all in a meaningful way this week. I searched my heart to see what it was I needed personally and it came to me immediately; share my go to meditation that I call upon when times are particularly challenging. It is perfect in these times of fear & uncertainty. It was taught to me by my husband Jason Hubbard & I have continued to teach it over the years at EmbodyGR; many of you likely remember the practice. So here it is in video form for you to see me, feel the love I am sending, and to know my heart is with yours. I am also now sending this prayer to the greater Embody community & our world! May this practice to bless, heal, and remind us all that we are not alone; we will be okay; we are BELOVED! I like what you said this week, I was striving to find the appropriate method to connect with all of you in a meaningful way. This is a good article, my uncle is looking for info and this should help him. I wanted to thank you for your explanation about meditation.
