If you have been following my journey for a while, you may have seen my focus words for each of the last 6 years. 

It all started in 2015 with the "Year of the Handstand." Over the years I have focused on Peace, Transformation, Inspiration, and Gratitude. 2020 was the Year of Grace. We ended up needing more grace this year than any of us expected. 

2021 I have decided is the "Year of the Warrior" and I want to not only create this practice for myself, but to invite all of you along with me. 

How YOU can get involved

  • Follow along on social media @feelbetterdogoood on Facebook or Instagram (or @EmbodyFBDG on Twitter). You’ll receive my daily post along with alignment principles to safely and effectively practice warrior pose, empowering messages, positive energy & regular calls to action. 
  • Join in by taking a photo of you in a Warrior Pose somewhere each day (or once a week/month, whatever works best for you) and post to social media using hashtags:  #YearOfTheWarrior #FeelBetterDoGood
  • Tag @feelbetterdogoood so we can share your journey!

Our Mission

Embody is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to positively impacting global health and well-being for all people. We provide access to physical and mental wellness education for all regardless of race, identity, orientation, creed, abledness, or ability to pay. Using the healing tools of yoga and mindfulness, and through providing meaningful volunteer and service opportunities, we help people regain agency over their own well-being. Our FREE weekly programs and events empower individuals to become healthier, happier, and make the world better in their own way. We are dedicated to improving the quality of people’s daily lives so they can “Feel Better Do Good.
