Wild ones! I hope you are all well and squeezing every last bit of goodness out of our sweet Michigan summer. What's left on your warm weather 'to do' list?- another Lake Michigan sunset, painting rocks & start a #RocKindness table in your neighborhood, sleeping in a tent under the stars, watching fire flies, catching local bands or some fish, biking, hiking, yoga on the beach, hosting that barbecue you keep saying you're going to have? Feeling better, doing good, serving your community? If you don't intentionally know what you want to do, how will you actually know you got the most out of these days? So I challenge you to make your not to be missed experiences list. Have it reflect your heart's desire, make you smile 100%, bring delight, radiate joy, connect with nature, bring out your wildness, take you outside of you home & your comfort zone. Don't go inside yet... stay wild child. As the songbird May Earlwine so sweetly reminds with her music medicine: "I want to breathe and be unbroken. I want it to take a while. I want to be wild.” Check out her song "Wild" here & remember your own precious wild heart! And if you're like me you might listen over & over & over until the tears flow... And a gentle remember that even though it's still summer lovin' time, we gotta keep mindful care of our bodies, minds, & heart. Come in from the outside to join in our intentional community to practice yoga, meditation & explore ways to be of service. Doing our practices is the icing on the cake of life... do the work, experience the sweetness. See you on the mat!
