Happy New Year!
Happy 2018 tribe!
I hope your year is off to a fantastic start.
First off, my apologies if you showed up last week to our weekly gathering not knowing we had to cancel for the first time in almost four years (aside from weather related cancellations). I was sick & unforeseen circumstances kept my replacement from being able to show up last minute. I appreciate your understanding that life does happen beyond my control and we do our best facing what we're given. Isn't that how life works?
For the next three weeks EmbodyGR will be meeting in the 'tree house.' The social hall, where we regularly gather, is having ceiling repair work done. So we will be cozy with our yoga mats close for this next little while. It will be fun!
See you on the mat. It's going to be an incredible 2018!
Peace & love,
