Lenny Kravitz Yoga Night!

Hello tribe of love,

I know everyone enjoys a good challenge. Won't you please join EmbodyGR in partnership with Spectrum Healthier Communities to dedicate the next 8 weeks to YOU & to doing good for your community? It's simple. Show up at as many EmbodyGR Wednesday night gatherings as possible between tonight, January 17 thru March 14. You will need to take three short, simple surveys (less than 3 minutes to complete) which will be given on January 17, February 14 & March 14. You need to be present at the gathering to take the survey. Just show up & take 3 surveys- that's it. Those of you who complete all three surveys will be entered in a drawing to win a free month of yoga at a local studio. 

Tonight is our first survey so be sure to show up!! We will set the tone for the next 8 week to focus on our one word intention & make a goal(s) to assist you in taking small, manageable steps. Keeping a journal along the way is highly encouraged to note & celebrate your attendance, efforts and progress. You will also get a partner to help keep you motivated & accountable. Please consider being part of this amazing opportunity! You will create & begin to live into a life you love while also helping EmbodyGR gather important data about the effectiveness and impact of our community in the collaboration with Spectrum Healthier Communities.Thanks for living our mantra- feel better, DO GOOD. Your participation in this challenge will do so much good!
