Dear Ones,

Our event with iUnderstand rocked! Over 90 people gathered to breathe, move, and connect in community for Mental Health Awareness Month. The beautiful venue filled with glorious hearts holding space for one another along with all those who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, or have been impacted by suicide. We all left feeling connected by heart & that we are never really alone. Isolation is the enemy of mental wellbeing & EmbodyGR and iUnderstand offer an antidote. So much gratitude to all who showed up, to Vonnie Woodrick of iUnderstand, and City Flats Hotel for being our gracious hosts.

This week at EmbodyGR tribe member Kari Wilson will share her art with us and how yoga & meditation in community has impacted her journey of mental wellbeing, creativity, and daily living! It will be a special evening! Hope you can join us!

Love to all,
dana
