Greetings tribe!

First off, I just have to say our 3 year celebration of EmbodyGR ROCKED! So much gratitude to Janga for sharing their music & each of you for sharing your hearts! Cannot wait to see what this next year holds.

Moving into March & into Spring... it will be a mindful one! EmbodyGR is partnering with the national organization Love Your Brain (LYB) for brain injury awareness month. They are a nonprofit that aims to improve the quality of life for people affected by traumatic brain injury through yoga & meditation. 3.2-5.3 million people in the US are currently living with a TBI-related disability. 

On Wednesday, March 28 we are offering a donation class for LYB led by myself, Peri Jill Phillips & local teacher/lululemon ambassador Dean Jeffrey. It will be during our regular weekly gathering time with an extra kick of goodness. Please sign up at the eventbrite link to reserve your space. We will also sell tickets and take donations at the door.

I know finances can be an issue for people and do not want to veer from our weekly gatherings to be a free offering. If you cannot offer money, bring your full heart & offer your practice as your gift. If you can pay more than the suggested $10 donation, please give more for another. 

During March we will learn more about our personal mind/body connection, our own brains, and how we can be more mindful & skillful utilizing our super computers between our ears to create lives we LOVE while making the world better for others. Sound good? Well, you gotta show up to get the goodness. And bring a friend because the more yoga, meditation, & service there is, the better off we will all be!

Our Mission

Embody is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to positively impacting global health and well-being for all people. We provide access to physical and mental wellness education for all regardless of race, identity, orientation, creed, abledness, or ability to pay. Using the healing tools of yoga and mindfulness, and through providing meaningful volunteer and service opportunities, we help people regain agency over their own well-being. Our FREE weekly programs and events empower individuals to become healthier, happier, and make the world better in their own way. We are dedicated to improving the quality of people’s daily lives so they can “Feel Better Do Good.
