Greetings, tribe!

Gotta open with thanks to those from our tribe who were models at our Be The Light Fashion Show with lululemon Grand Rapids! What an event! Quinn, Dina, Olivia, Kendrick, Dan, Adam, & Dan... you all rocked it! And extra special thanks to Quinn, Dina & Olivia for sharing their stories with us. Also, a big thank you to Peri, Lori, Lisa, and Jesse for helping with registration and the silent auction! We also premiered "Dan's Story," a short film by Aaron B. Smith which was power & beauty. Cannot thank those two men enough. We will drop that film on a Wednesday night soon.

Mark your calendars for next week (AT 6PM!!!) that EmbodyGR is on the road at City Flats Hotel. We are partnering with iUnderstand in May for Mental Health Awareness Month. I will be leading the yoga & Geoff Lamden will be our sound guru. This is a not to be missed event. Register at the eventbrite link below for your free ticket to reserve your mat space:

You are amazing! You are valuable! You are precious! And EmbodyGR isn't the same when you are not in our circle of care. We always say the hardest part is showing up so do your best to get yourself on your mat next Wednesday night to care for YOU, hold space for another & cultivate positivity enough for you to share. The world needs you to BE THE LIGHT!

See you soon.

Shine bright!
