This week we will have two very special guests in the house! In my absence, our beloved community member Peri Jill Phillips, will be leading our evening of yoga & meditation. Be sure not to miss the precious gem that she is and the beauty of her presence and gift of teaching. At the end of the evening, Charity from Girls Rock! Grand Rapids, our August community partner, will join us to share more about their organization, the upcoming events, and ways for YOU to participate in doing good.

Remember, studies show and experience provides that doing good for others is good for you. Not only does this increase personal happiness, there are many other less obvious effects. Doing good decreases stress, increases life expectancy, increases well-being and life satisfaction while decreasing depression, all the while motivating you to do more good in the world! Now that is a positive cycle of goodness that is win-win for all.

May you know you are the beloved. Until we meet again. Go in peace.

Namaste,
Dana
