We have once again made it though our Michigan winter! The sun shines, the days are longer- oh yeah!

You gotta join us this week at EmbodyGR because you will receive a special bonus! The fabulous Mimi Ray will be co-teaching with Dana to continue the month journey to raise awareness about traumatic brain injury. Together we will share the importance of yoga & meditation as a path to healing from brain injury, especially in a mindful, supportive community setting. And be sure to mark your calendars for our EmbodyGR & Love Your Brain Donation Class #mindfulmarch on March 29! We cannot wait to share the love with those who need support during a difficult transition in life from pre to post brain injury.

Show up for you. Show up for each other. Show up to share the love for your brain and for others! Immediately following our gathering some of us will be heading to the Pyramid Scheme for the Shut Down Line 5 event. There is a $7.00 charge that is being donated to the efforts to protect our Great Lakes. The details are below. Hope to see you :)

Spring love,
dana
